New: Tele monitors are printing and scanning 1 strip per shift for MST/PCU patients plus any strips noted for rhythm changes. This will be completed within the first 4 hours of the shift.

Reminder: the person who places the leads on the patient is responsible for calling tele. This is for patient safety and CANNOT be forgotten. All posted tele strips need to be signed off by the RN during their shift.

Be kind to your tele-techs. 12 straight hours of staring at up to 50 tele strips a piece....piecing together patient needs without being able to check the patient.
